Mercury will tailor a support package to your needs, utilizing your resources as efficiently and as cost-effective as possible. MERCURY firmly believes in on-going support of all of our products. Our support package model allows you the flexibility to alter the support package annually. As you become more comfortable with your GIS, the support can change with you! Choose from the following options:
100% Support
MERCURY technicians perform all your edits for you. Your data is then supplied in Esri data format for use in Desktop GIS or on a WebGIS site. MERCURY staff is always available to help with any questions that arise during data editing via phone, email, or online meetings.
Tech Support
MERCURY provides technicians on staff to assist you via our customer support line from 8:00am – 6:00pm (PST) for fast response to your problems while maintaining your own data using ArcGIS. If you are currently a MERCURY client, simply call us for phone support. In addition, our online support system allows us to quickly view your desktop, take control of the desktop, and allow the user to view our desktop during a support call. This quick, simple system allows us to diagnose problems quickly and get clients back to production. It also allows us to perform group and one-on-one training sessions via the web.
Onsite Support
MERCURY will come to your site to take care of any problems that may arise. The number of visits can vary depending on your needs.
Data Integrity Checks
MERCURY will check over your data to make sure there are no errors or hidden problems. We can perform this service at various frequencies based on your individual needs.
